ur mom is just like my god father's wife and how my grandma was ..😀 and the way she's cooking is so typical how Greek women do ..everything is so embroidered in her mind that she doesn't have weigh or use a measure scale ....I love pita and after that video I think I will try out her recipe thanks 😊

You can also use dry curd cottage cheese with munster cheese. This from the woman who's tiropita and baklava has been know as "only for the Gods" by native Greeks.
