I lost custody of my children to their drug addicted mother for 5 years because it was just presumed that the mother was the better, more nurturing parent, by the courts back in those days. When she faced 6 months in federal prison on drug charges, she had to give me custody and I had to be a much harsher, stricter dad than I ever wanted to be, just to rein them in from the ruleless way that they had been raised for 5 years by a woman that wanted to be their peer, rather than their parent. The GOP provides the "tough love" that will straighten out the Donkey kids in DC.

I visited Portland Oregon in the 90s it was a beautiful city , before L-Lunatics destroyed the city .
Portland has been wrecked because there are more renters than owners, and all revenue comes from property taxes. Renters don't realize, when they vote for more programs for drug addicts and vagrants, it raises their rent as well as my property taxes.

You're wrong. I've lived in Portland for 26 years. It has changed a lot. We didn't use to have crime like this, shootings were very rare, and there weren't bums camped out in the streets. It has gone seriously downhill since 2020. Much of downtown is boarded up. The city is no longer beautiful and safe.
