The colour options include two choices - Racing Red and Titanium Black. The feature list retained from the 2020 model includes full-LED lighting, a Bluetooth-enabled colour TFT display, ride-by-wire throttle, four riding modes, and dual-channel ABS. The mechanical specifications continue to include the 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 33.5bhp at 9,700rpm and 27.3Nm of peak torque at 7,700rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox.

From my opinion you are going to enter first sport bike so I will suggest R15 or RC200 because comparing with these 2 RR310 have high maintenance and some worst company support. But if you are ready to go you can choose this too.
RC200: Good bike comparing with old gen the looks are subjective maybe you like and riding posture has been changed to some upright comparing with old comitted position. Good initial pickup and easy to maintain. Service interval will be 7000kms so you can go track and long trips
R15: Entry level sports bike in India and nowadays it's like splendor each Street there should be 4-5 bikes. Good mileage,
More features having some quality issues and Bluetooth module complaint. Apart from these service interval is 4000 kms. Some areas you are getting good company support. You can use it for track purpose and some decent trips that you want to adapt with the committed riding position it offers
My Suggestion: Go for R15: It should be all rounder then maintenance and petrol expenses or less compared with other two
If you interested in RC200 you can choose but the second generation RC is not selling as much and very less features it offers in this price tag.
RR 310: if you are new to sports bike don't go for 200+ cc bikes you can update it in future but you want to adapt with biking life like ride and maintenance.
If you go for big bikes in initial stage you will worry more for spending lot money if you are an student or salaried person

But I test drive BMW comparing with APACHE RR310 it has less vibration and smooth engine tuning. Service cost is so high comparing with TVS.
