This video was really beautiful and puts an end to many doubts. But I have a question : Kundalini. When the energy comes from the coccix ( a point in Muladhara ) and goes to Ajña-chakra - we have illumination, the end of dualism. Do we stay there forever , or do we return to the initial point , automatically? The masters never speak if it is a long-duration experience, or if we can repeat it many times, or if it is a brief experience. Thanks again, the video was really a document, and people will know that Tantra in not free sex, a libidinous act. Om Nama Shivaayah

Yes there is a possibility of returning to the initial point. This was happened with Rishi Vishwamitra when Menaka successfully incited Vishvamitra's lust and passion when he saw her beauty. She succeeded in breaking the meditation of Vishvamitra. Then Vishwamitra started his penance again.

Similar to Gayatri´s wonderful story - the yogi failed three times, but at the end, the glory. Thanks for the fast and complete answer !

Tantras and Mantras will not help one to dispell their ego ...
Ego is caused due to Ahankar ( Aham + Kar ) which is " I am ness " ... This is due to the Klesha known as karma ... Infact Karma is itself caused due to Maara ... Maara is the inducer of Tanha ( craving ) ... People only say that Sakyamuni Sri Siddhartha Gautama Buddha taught to have no desires , but they don't know what infact is desire and what infact the gospel is all about ... Gautama Buddha never meant to have no desires , infact to understand what he has taught ,we need to know all about what is desire ???
That which is uncontrolled is desire , inconvenience is the cause of desire ... Infact that which is uncontrolled is the cause of miseries ... To overcome this misery is what the prime teaching of the Tathagata Buddha ..
Sakyamuni don't want his followers to extremely go towards ascetic practices and not find a way at all or not going so with this world and thus losing the path in both cases which are nothing less than illusion ...
Infact he taught the " middle way " ... Like a string in guitar which if is tighten will too be a distraction and if loosen too will be a distraction , hence the middle path is focused ...
Infact Gurbani says "even by cutting this body into pieces , one's ego does not depart " because ego is itself bonded with karma and cannot be seperated like how from curd milk can't be separated , infact milk turned to curd ...
So even by practicing lots of fasting one's ego does not depart ...
This is why in Gurbani it is said as " Bhukhi aa Bhukh na utreee Je Banna Puree a Baar " ( The hunger of the hungry is not appeased even by piling up loads of worldly goods) ...
Infact meditation and asceticism are inseparable and they can be only practiced by not renouncing truth ...
Infact Gursahib teaches to " renounce Maaya " ...
And u should be well aware of the Shabad " Re Man Aiso Kar Sannyasa " ...
After knowing from this Shabad what is the meaning of spirtual like , we can be able to perceive finally from another Shabad " Tatti Vao Na Laggai Paarbramh Sarnaayi " ( Even the hot wind shall not touch such a person whom takes refugee in the supreme lord ) ...
.This teaches us the essence of humility ... Even Harmandir Sahib was built in such a way that it could showcase "humility" when towers were built huge and high ...
Guru Nanak Sahib in Sidh Gosht says that
" Sat Santokh Sanjam Hai Naal
    Nanak Gurmukh Naam Samal" ...
Tathagata Buddha said " Appo Deepo Bhava " ( Be a light for yourselves) ...
    Saba Daanam Dhamma Daanam Jinati
Waheguruji ka Khalsa Waheguruji ki Fateh 🙏🙏🙏
Chardi Kala Sarbat Da Bhala 🙏🙏
