Once in a Normal game, I played into an Akali Top lane who started building AD into an Eclipse first item. This made me aware that the recently-reworked Eclipse doesn't have lethality, and so actually has no anti-synergy with Akali.
In Arena, you'll have more downtime where you auto-attack, and defenses are more important, since, well, everyone is rather tanky. Eclipse seemed like a good idea for Akali, then, following this mindset, but is it good enough to win in Arena?
