So, this is normal except to escape the hell I'm in is by watching sports and it's cancelled. Other than that, this is normal for me. Just to show how nervous I am about how people perceive me, if I dont talk to people in school, I'm too worried to even open up a text or start a conversation with someone no matter how often I hanged out with them or talked to them.
