Making a plant journal 🌿

- I always knew that when I got my own apartment, I wanted to get a few plant buddies. But I didn't know I'd end up getting so many 😅 Since I'm a beginner, most of the plants I got are "beginner" to "intermediate" levels. I tried to be a responsible plant mom and did my research (p.s. please cross-reference across different websites to ensure the info is valid, I've stumbled across so many contradicting ones!) and today I'm going to show you how I physicalised that into a little plant art journal.
I'm still very inexperienced, so if you have any tips for houseplants please let me know 😊

I found your channel through one of your room makeover videos and its safe to say I'm here to stay❤️ Your plant journal is soo cute!! I don't really have much space atm to have more plants but maybe someday hehe
🌱A friend of mine told me that an easy tip to know which plant is suitable for indoors is to look at where they're placed in the nursery/store you bought them from. If they're placed indoors then chances are you can keep them inside your house (sounds pretty obvious but its one of those things hahahah)
:') I'm glad!!! Maybe you could get a tiny succulent to put by the window? That's what I did when I had a much smaller place as well! hehe. A little tiny green goes a long way!

You did such an amazing job! I use my journal (just for noting down some info) and my phone to keep track of my plants. But seeing this, I want to make a pretty journal too. It seems really calming and personal! Really loved it ❤

I love the idea of printing photos of your plants! I was contemplating trying to preserve an older leaf or flower of each plant I have. I might still try to do that, but I love the photo of the whole plant better! Easier for showing growth progress too :)
I have 9 orchids and i know how to take care of them, but I have also some other plants and I must have to organize my time with them, because they have different needs.
Some people say that I have green fingers. I have many plants at home, inside and out side of my house. My plant tip for you: learn the "plant's language". For exemple, big leaves doesn't like cold or wind, but think leaves can support that very well. Learn about the region of the plant comes is also very important. Thank you for your video!

I found your channel through your room makeover video, and since then I can’t stop watching more of your videos. Love all of them so far, they’re so therapeutic and healing especially now when I’m still experiencing my depression on and off (I guess it will never be “gone” totally, just how I handle them when they “appear”). I’m in the mid of watching all your videos (from oldest to newest but jumping sequence a bit haha). Between, we’ve got similar voice, similar way of laugh, about the same height (I’m only 1cm taller than you) and the same way of holding pen. Hopefully I’m not making you feeling unease, I just felt like I found my twin here haha😄 Oh, I almost forgot, I’m from Malaysia^_^
Agree with how depression will never be "gone" totally but just how we choose to handle them, I'm proud of you for handling it in your own way :) I've never met anyone who holds pens the same way as me so I'm like :O!!! Hahaha

Hehehe... ich bin ebenfalls über eines der Make-Over-Videos hier gelandet. Aber als ich dann auch noch ein Journaling-Video gefunden habe, musste ich dich gleich vom Fleck weg abonieren. Ein Pflanzen-Journal steht schon länger auf meiner Wunschliste, bisher hat mich aber der Aufwand ziemlich abgeschreckt. Und nachdem nun auch der gute Drucker kaputt ging und der Ersatz schreckliche Fotoausdrucke macht, hat sich die Planung noch weiter verschoben. Aber dein Journal macht definitiv wieder Geschmack auf mehr! Dieser Hosentaschen-Fotodrucker ist ja extrem verlockend. ^^
