Performance by Dina Garipova from Eurovision 2013 is not included in the video, since the scores for that year were not officially published.
Two reasons why I chose this particular time period are the last (and only) victory of Russia at the contest and the changes in the voting system since 2009.

Two reasons why I chose this particular time period are the last (and only) victory of Russia at the contest and the changes in the voting system since 2009.
Also, I didn’t immediately notice that I had made a mistake with the 2008 points. The number of points was 272, but in any case this did not affect the placement, so I simply covered up the incorrect number of points.
