My sister, I'd like to contribute to this discussion about the main reasons why most Ghanaian's do not want to rent rooms to Nigerians.
Just about two years ago, two Nigerians tenants were arrested for the murder of three innocent in Ghanaians school girls.
No Ghanaian will go to Nigeria and commit such heinous crimes against their host nation.
Did you guys remember when some Nigerians were arrested for enslaving young Nigerians boys recruited from Nigerian to Ghana to indulge in cyber crimes ?
The police received a tip-off about the activities ongoing at that location.
Upon the arrest, the police found more than 12 people were living in that single room.
More than 20 laptops were also seized.
Now you're understanding why some Ghanaian's not willing to rent to Nigerians.
You got it right , my sister. Ghanaians do not hate Nigerians, it is our experiences with them that caused this problem

Did he come to Ghana for visit or to reside in Ghana ? If he came to Ghana for visit , he can go and stay in a hotel or stay with the one who invited him to Ghana . If he is here to stay in Ghana , does he have resident's permit ? If he has resident's permit then he can rent an apartment . The noise he is making on social media will not help him .

It's all about the dishonesty and the criminal activities that some of the Nigerians seriously engage in. Even the kind of activities they traffic young people from Nigeria to do in Ghana is terrible. They better change, it's too much. God bless you 🙏.

Hmmmm. If I tell u my experience with my Nigerian tenants. (4 different tenants.) , u will really weep for me and at the same time blame me why I keep giving them chances. Even their own prepaid electricity meter, they don't want to pay

As you have list all those things Nigerians are doing and is not allowing them to get accommodations in Ghana, Ghanaians are peace people so anything that will disturb their peace they will avoid it no matter how rich you are. I have stayed in both cross river and akwa ibom states in Nigeria for years but i can tell you that i did not find it easy there because your people likes noise making too much although i love nigeria but where i was brought up such things were not done

My dear these points are not enough reason to categorize over 250 million people…. It’s pure hate forget the grammar… I live in the US no one ask your nationality before renting you an apartment are the Nigerians in the US , UK and other European countries different from the ones in Ghana… so everyone of the 30 million Ghanas are good people …. Italy, Dubai landlords do not want to rent their apartments to Nigerians and Ghana is no exception.
I am a caretaker. I had one Nigerian, Obinna in my compound. Water bill, light bill he does not want to pay. He invites his friends and smoke shisha disturbing other residents. The girlfriend cooks and pours leftovers in the water closet.
I had to eject him
