i could stuff my face until its hard to breathe, but then i get hungry an hour later what is this haha, and no my metabolism is not that fast, i am pretty chubby
Bro, if you've recently gotten a growth spurt and you're only 82lbs, don't worry about gaining weight. If you try dieting at your age you're going to hurt yourself mentally and physically
Panda Bear 4 Life k
He said "stupid 7-11 ice cream" hehehe... this was one of your best video's love. keep up the good work.
I found your channel 1-2 years ago when I was searching for Tokyo street food...I immediately subscribed and am following you since then!!! YOU ARE JUST GREAT!!!! Eagerly waiting for you to come India!!!
you do such a great job with your editing. love the Asian music this time.!! 😂
It's so weird, this video looks more "real" to me than your more recent ones. I've been in Taiwan the past few months and it's so nice to see you visit and to hear your thoughts! I've had that brand of noodles before! You're supposed to warm the sauce packet - it's deliciously spicy. I also love that the 7-11s always have tea eggs for only 10 kuai
my mom was watching the vlog and she asked "how is he not fat?"
lol i dont know...
+Mikey Chen 😂😂😂
there is something called exercise. duh
Haha. He mentions in a video that he has a super high metabolism and he also has crazy workout routines. (Also explained in another video). I'd be full after eating like one or two of those things he usually eats LOL
Moon Cake, ewww.. idiot alert!!!
just discovered your channel. its amazing all the places you go and food you eat . awesome
Mikey, even when u r tired u look great! Love watching your food videos😋💕👍
I like how in Taiwan everything is in Traditional Chinese, I prefer it to simplified, even if it takes longer to write, growing up I had many Taiwanese friends and they were all taught traditional characters and I always wanted to learn so I taught myself
When mikey hits 1mil subs just know i was here before 10k
keep up with the vlogs mikey!
will do :-)
Mikey Chen as long as you don't ride skate boards around, and wear chipped glasses you are my favorite vlogger.
his routine in Taiwan is eat, sleep rave and repeat
*sleep,rave
dare bidders and also editing
You are awesome, Mike. Give back to & help others....awesome!
I am proud of you for trying the pig brain soup. Everyone should try new things once before they turn their nose up at it. Now you can legit say, no way! Kudos to you. I love your videos. Thanks for sharing with us.
Thanks for watching :-)
Me as a Muslim watch this 👁👄👁
Going to Taiwan in a few days! Hyping myself up with videos like these haha
LOL @the pig brain soup. Bigg love from Singapore! Oh man.. I loooove pig brain soup here in SG. We cooked it with Chinese herbs and and cooked it for a few good hours.. The texture won't be that soft and custardy but hey I like them both ways! Yumm!!! 😂
板橋區文化路一段188巷36號春野新派川菜,台北市敦化北路145巷9號郭主義麻辣火鍋I hope you would try out one of the restaurant listed above. You said you were disappointed with Szechuan food in Taiwan. I think you just weren't at the right restaurant. The owner/cook dedicated to Szechuan food cooking for decades and visits Szechuan province once a year to bring back authentic spices. I'm sure you won't be disappointed at his restaurant
Thank you for an awesome food trip!!!
I love the MRT in Taiwan! It is so clean and it's really fast and organized! When I go there I always love riding on the MRT.
Seriously... not even joking.... but 7-11 in Tokyo is BETTER than MOST Restaurants in North America...
You are soo correct 7-11 in Japan kicks butt, and the food is fresh and tasty. Oden in the winter is the best.
Gabe Hartman ... 7-11s I went to all had signs which tells people when the fresh batch of food was coming out... and there were line ups in some of them... lol..
The goal of these japanese convinience shop is to make this place as a center of your life.
Convienience is not just a word, they are really serious with that.. totally customer satisfaction.
7-11 in America is just weird... The owners of them seem does not care whar's in it.
7-11 in Japan? sorry? thats heaven of snacks and food LOL
Your reaction to the ice cream made me laugh so hard lol.
There is a lot of people comment about the pig's brain. So what?! In Europe there is also countries that eat it... Well at least in Portugal.
Verónica Duarte Also some folks do as well in North Carolina... in Missouri...
Verónica Duarte some people eat it too in Singapore. I actually don’t mind pig brain
Sheeps head , smalahove (Norway) , head cheese (US) , they also eat rotten shark on Iceland
The food looks awesome!! I want to visit Taiwan.
Glad I'm not the only one who can't be doing with the offal soups etc. here in Taiwan. I thought it was just because I'm British but now I know I'm the same as Mikey Chen I feel a whole lot better!
Love your videos! You make any food look good; except pork brain soup :)
haha thanks!
I learn so much from you!
How mouth-watering can your videos get?
Hey mikey my favorite part is when your eating ramen and traveling
9:14 Cebu has Pig Brain dish too called TUSLOB BUWA. You should come back to Cebu and eat that. delish!
When u go to Malaysia :') the humidity gets worse and it also gets hotter
MIKE! kinda a weird question but how do u usually keep your cash when u head out? in the hotel locks or just bring all at once?
Just would like to say for that brand of Taiwanese Ramen , The packaged beef cause pack is supposed to be be added last on top of the noodles after the noodles is soaked for three mins and cooked. That's make the flavour better as the sauce for the beef isn't as diluted.
“Stupid seven eleven is awesome!”*Mikey*
Me- cries with laughter
Back in the late 80/ early 90s when McDonalds were starting to pop up, they served hamburgers similar to what you had. Instead of beef, it was pork with a mixture of carrots, scallions. The french fries were made from sweet potato. I really miss those .
yo mike were you there yesterday watching the hk squash open or was I just imagining things
yes!!! honeydew flavor icecream is the best
Lmao I love the brain soup face 😂😂
After visiting Korea and Japan a few times, my friends back in D.C. will laugh when I talk about how great 7-Eleven is in Asia. Like they are legit places for fried chicken, steamed buns, etc. Taiwan for sure is on my list!
mike what is the name of your hotel? i didn't quite catch it in the Eva video. thinking of doing a trip myself. seems like a great destination
What kind of workout routine you go by? Gonna go see in your past videos if you have something.
I am very happy to know that you love Taiwan!😊
Because I am Taiwanese!
Haha so happy over your ice cream cone. That's ok Mike it's the simple things ☺️👍
Brings back childhood memories when I'd visit during the summers. I avoid the months May-Oct when I visit Taiwan now; to humid! If you ever get a chance, go up into the mountains where the aboriginals are, they have very good food.
Now ur waking me up!!! Temple scenery is what i like bout asian countries
what kind of camera u using? Its pretty amazing!
haha, we even seldom eat pig brain soup in Taiwan.
That breakfast sandwich looks good
OMG THATS MY FAVOURITE NOODLE!!!! OMG thats like the best noodle ever!!! they stopped importing it in NZ
Shirley Wang you also from nz?
yup
This is the chinese version of Return of the Living Dead. :)
Also i saw the Man Han Imperial Feast Cup Noodles!
Hi just watched many of your food escapades. I hope if you come back here, I could join your training/workshop . And I would also glad to tour you around.
where can i get some good ramen in the states????
Everyone seems so nice
Mikey, you'll eat pig brains but no raw sushi or broccoli?? Try Teka Maki and Saki Maki. I love it, and so will you!!!
I've lived in Taiwan for 16 years but have never tried pig brain soup. And I still won't after this.
Give it to Mikey.... he eats anything!!!!!
That Ramen looked GREAT..
hi from Argentina.. I like your vídeos
*waving back!*
The microwaved foods at 7-11 are magical
I've never eaten food from Taiwan are those pancakes like a savory crepe but crispier, they look like they are when I looked at it in your video at least.
omg after eating that brain soup I would need thousands of ice creams
Awesome.
Mike, when are you going to try Japan?
I'm glad you enjoy your city
Our
Holy, pig brain soup is delicious! In mainland we only put pig brain into hotpot so the original tasty flavor was often tarnished by spicy hotpot soup. It's so nice taiwan serves the somewhat original flavor. I need to come to taiwan!!! BTW curry dumpling is bit too much...
and there's a Cantonese style of pig brain soup with herb.....i love whatever way to cooked it...XDDD
that pork brain soup :)) LOL,
nice video, i really want to go to Taiwannnn *_*
watching this in 2021. when mike said the humidity in taiwan doesn’t compare to hong kong. oh well, in hong kong we’re basically baked to perfection every summer 🥵
Pork brain? Maybe. I do love beef brains and scrambled eggs with hot sauce.
7-11in Taiwan actually opens 24-7 even during holidays and typhoon days.
I was sooo leery of the brain soup! XP Glad you didn't like it; the ice cream made up for it!
When you squeezed out the meat it looked like cat food 😂
Your comment on the bittermelon foreshadowed the DoubleChen challenge.
Yea Taiwan 7-11very awesome ~~~ 😂😂
"Stupid 7 eleven ice cream is awesome!" Lol
it seems in this video the people that you recorded were more open to being recorded and even waved and said hi. I never seen that happen in your other videos
We have like the same scallion pancake in India. It’s just called Onion Paratha
really like your videos
Thanks for watching :-)
Thanks for sharing
I wonder how much the ice cream cost? anyone know?
I'm Taiwanese, but I never have a pork brain sup before!
Jimmy Shih same
That pig brain soup was on "Strictly Dumpling" channel. I knew I saw that part before.
There's no one at the subway station bc A) it's 10am. Probably would've been more busy around 9; and B) you're at zhongxiao xinsheng. Go to Taipei main a bit earlier or at like 6pm and you'll see all the people
I once saw my moms eat pig brains with scrambled eggs. Breakfast was never the same after that.
Welcome to Basia😍
How do you manage to travel that much with so much jet lag.. \
Leave a like if you saw the Detective Conen Poster too!
We Do Random STuff My pal I thought I was the only one who noticed
7/11 in Taiwan you can pay utility bills, fax, buy train tickets, send package and bunch other office stuff

That's really mind boggling
is that strictly dumpling?
Yes.
Please notice me when you visit Taiwan next time. Please ~ 😊
Actually if you know about linkworld hotel or sun moon lake hotel i can give you a discount😉, and that jetlag is deadly😂😂😂, also my favorite street food is oyster pancake, ☺ oh... And that sounds and looks like taiwan alright...😂
