The Shabayas visited us in Germany after a very successful coffee exhibition in Italy. We were privileged to speak to Martin Shabaya, the world Fifth best coffee barista 2021, 5 times Kenya National Barista champion and ‪@SanremoCoffeeMachine‬ Brand Ambassador.
He has trained over 500 young baristas to help them improve their coffee-making skills as well as share knowledge with farmers on coffee trends in Africa and across the globe.
