I don't get how anyone can enjoy something that smells so atrocious as parmesan. Full of butyric acid, one of the foulest-smelling substances there is.
@@gemsandlasers269 Real parmesan cheese contains very little amount of butyric acid. Just stay away from the ready grated stuff.

i love jamie, beside his kitchen hand, he seems to be a nice, humble friendly and down to earth person.
He also comes across as a wonderful parent and a perfect husband. There’s never been a story in the press about him getting drunk and snogging Delia Smith or leaving one of his kids behind at a venue.
Watched the video today morning and made pea and mint pesto pasta today. Yummy. Full of good flavour and easy to make and very few ingredients.

The pea pesto is fantastic and so easy to make. I added a little garlic and chilli to my pesto as an extra.

Italian food pretty much means adding parmezan before, during and after the cooking as an ingredient
you forgot the key element - The Olive Oil!
They treat it as a bit of a salt replacement - just like asian cuisine uses fish sauce - AND I LOVE IT!
It's called Parmigiano, not parmezan....
Then, if you don't have knowledge about food, do not comment with blasphemy, please... If wasn't for us and other countries, you would still eating only fish and chips and pies...
