Tally Faye, put the flat part of the zester on top of the lemon. That way you can see the lemon being zested and the zest will collect in the deeper part of the zester

She rolled them out very thin, as thin as you could make them and the entire congregation knew what they tasted like. She also ran the city public library and was the city of Yukon High School’s librarian too. Our City Public Library is named after Miss Mable Fry. Her cookies and devotion to the Lord and to reading will forever be a legacy remembered. ❤

I like very soft cookies too, I cook my chocolate chip cookies for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. They can be so soft, I don’t use a cooling rack, but aluminum foil on the counter, to let them cool. All my coworkers love them.
I love how when you are explaining things and giving tips, you assume we are all as competent as you are in the kitchen 😂😂. I am not speaking for others but in my house I always feel like I have no idea what I'm doing, LOL! (But I'm not scared!) I'm about to attempt making these cookies right now. Quite a few of your recipes have become staples in my house in the past few months. My boys are eternally grateful to you for the ideas.
