All builders offer a real estate commission to the buyer's agent and it doesn't increase the price of your home.
Buyers who build new homes without an agent are putting more money into the builder's pocket without representation.

The base price for the Caswell model is $759,990.
Production builders like Stanley Martin should take a little less than a year in a normal market with no supply chain issues.
A custom home built by a custom builder will take 18 to 24 months.
