Julia Jacklin hails from Sydney, Australia and comes to Toronto to speak with Rachel Gordon. They discuss the creative process of her debut album “Don’t Let the Kids Win” and balancing her influences with her own unique sound. Julia talks about filming the “Leadlight” music video in her high school, the upcoming wave of great Australian music, and performing on an international level for the first time.
