EXO actually has a song called Lightsaber! lol It was part of a promotional collab between them and Star Wars for The Force Awakens in Korea; they got the collab when the Star Wars promo team saw a video of EXO's El Dorado performance^.^ There is a short music video for it (and it's really cool!!!), but the thing everyone really loves is the live performance~ The creative team for EXO's concert is next level, and for each tour they're always trying some new stage/performance tech out!~

EXO is a South Korean-Chinese Kpop group with 9 members, initially had 12 members separated as two subgroups EXO-K & EXO-M. They formed in 2011 debuting on April 8, 2012 under SM Entertainment. Their music is a unique combination of music genres performed in Korean, Mandarin, and Japanese. In 2014 last time EXO was separated as subgroups to release music, they’ve been active as one group since then performing in multiple languages. EXO remained with 9 members after the departures of Kris(main rapper), Tao, & LuHan after legal issues arose between them & S.M company during 2014 and 2015. In 2016 three of the nine members have a sub unit EXO-CBX while still being part of EXO, which incorporates their stage name initials for Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin. All of the members have their own solo career projects in music, tv and film.
*LAY had gone back to China to start his solo projects since he’s the second oldest of EXO, he was absent for a long awhile but never left the group permanently. Now Zhang Yixing (LAY) has returned with his first solo album released two MVs “Give Me A Chance”(English) which was on his bday and 2 wks later dropped “Namanana”, also has reunited with EXO finally making it OT9 again and he’s currently doing his US Debut Tour.*

First subgroup EXO-K, leader Suho became the 1st member(trainee) of SM Entertainment in 2006; the following year 2nd member Kai by his father’s encouragement auditioned and got accepted; same time Chanyeol won 2nd place in Smart Model Contest and Sehun had to go through four auditions for 2 years before getting accepted. The subgroup’s last two members(trainees) to go into EXO-K during 2010/2011 were D.O and Baekhyun. Every XO-M subgroup leader Kris went through Canada’s Global Auditioning around the same time Lay went for an audition at Changsha; both subsequently moved to South Korea, while Xiumin goes with a friend to audition winning 2nd place he became the next member(not including the friend) to join EXO-M in 2008. Within two years LuHan and Tao were scouted into SM by one of the company representatives in Myeong-dong and during a talent show, the last member to join the subgroup EXO-M was Chen in 2011.
December 2011 they’d finalized their group name to EXO; which is short for “EXOplanet”. Their first tv performance was at SBS’s Annual Gayo Daejun Event on Dec 29th. They’ve won many awards and nominations for their variety of creative music genres, appearance, and solo projects.

I'm sooo happy for your reaction! Thanks! EXO are known to have some of the best live performances and even won an award for best concert. EXOs concerts last nearly three hours, and it's said that they train their vocals on the treadmill. All SM-artists actually have high standarts like their seniors Super Junior, TVXQ, SHINee, Girls Generation, and their Juniors NCT to mention some. Exo has done several concerts here in the US! I hope they do a tour this summer again for the new album! They do full concerts in Newark NJ, and California, the've also done Mexico as well. They also were some of the first to perform at K-con when it first began as well.
Even if EXO ticket cost a lot here in the Philippines but the excitement and memory after this is worth it ! They got the most beautiful concert promïse💕

But for the rest of us we can tell by the hairstyles or whether Kai or Lay is not present. I didn’t have to look at the title, just the fact that Lay is here (he’s not in Tokyo Dome perf) and Kai’s hair. 😂😂😂
