to answer to your request about comments, i noticed that whenever i send love to a narcissist, they tend to hurt me even more, as if they get more courageous because of it. Its like the love and kindness is feeding their ego and they gather even more power to manipulate and be aggressive. Like they sense that i am loving and they step over me because they know i wont respond with anger. I tried sending them love for years and years, until i was depleted and developed autoimmune diseases. Thats when i started to realize that they will never change with love and if i want to save myself i needed to go no contact as much as possible. I would say that the spiritual lesson here for me was to increase my immunity and boundaries with them and they were the best teacher. I have also prayed lately that whatever negative energies they were sending my way to be sent back to them amplified and im starting to see them shrinking their ego. When you said that my mind is not the strongest point for me, it made sense because i am very kinesthetic, meaning i work with body wisdom, dance, art therapy, singing, which is how i get insights.
I think because of our conditioning we think "love" means "forbearance," and it doesn't. I come from a large family, and I have extensive knowledge of childrearing. Who do you love the most, and with the most kindness? Children; they're helpless and inexperienced, and they need more.
You don't let them get by with bad behavior. Why? Because it sets them up for unhappiness later. Boundaries mean protection even if the kids are the ones being restricted. The difference is, you don't treat the kid as if HE is bad; the _behavior_ is bad. You ask (require) them to behave better, both for yourself and because it will work to their advantage in the long run. Once you have issued a behavior rule and a consequence, don't back down; backing down communicates that your "requirements" aren't really required, that it's okay to "break the rules." There will be no consequences.
It's perfectly fine to put an adult relative, co-worker, friend, person you meet socially, absolute stranger, in an appropriate version of "timeout."
Think of it as, "I respect you too much to let you make the mistakes you're trying to make." Or, "you'll thank me later."
Or, at the very least, their time-out can be no-contact, and they'll be someone else's to put up with. Time-out lasts until they're too bored with their misbehavior to keep being defiant. If they don't change, you don't let up.
It's good "parenting." It's loving in the best way.
When you discipline a three year old, hopefully you don't do it as if they're your peers. You don't attack, accuse, name-call, fawn, placate, cower, manipulate...any of the things we do with each other as age peers. That's the sort of thing we have to get out of the habit of doing.

Narcissistic personalities have to be ignored and distanced from. There's no amount of love that will ever change them. A narcissist is not someone who is struggling and needs love and compassion. It's very important to distinguish between the two.
Let God send them the love and light. Sort of like asking God to look after your “enemy”, God knows whats needed and God/spirit is the love and light. It doesn’t have to be from you, just you can be the request.

I reached my limit with a family member (whom I have always been close to) last Friday, and then my breaking point on Monday when I confronted them. I could go on for days about the things I appreciate about this person and what they have done for me, but their dictatorial personality coupled with their incessant complaining about others and how they fall short of her expectations and the way she subjects them to her judgement has given rise to a very skewed relationship dynamic in which I have been made to feel this person has full power over me and I need to strive to meet their expectations or suffer their wrath. The only take-away this person got from my confrontation was that I simply don't appreciate them, and while I assume they are probably telling others "she's dead to me," I wouldn't know because this person has been giving me the silent treatment ever since (we work together). It has been very uncomfortable, and while I'd love to move on with a more equal dynamic, I cannot continue subjecting myself to another's will now that I've realized what was happening, and I'm not sure this person is capable of having peer relationships. Stressful, indeed... I'd prefer a reconciliation, but there has to be a change.
This person is my mother.
She was deeply and brutally traumatized as a child and thus passed a lot of the same abuse onto me.
She struggles to accept reality bc that would mean seeing herself as she truly is. She envies me bc I chose to dive into the abuse and face it. I chose to face myself and all my pain. Now I’m moving forward without fear and a lot of faith.
She doesn’t get that nor does has she developed the skill.
I’m working on sending her love while always being aware of all that has happened and all that is to come.

Much different but with the heavies or darks can be more effective - with less or no 'side effect.'
And, with difficult persons coming at ya, we can send them "I wish for you what you want for me."
This culminated for me about a week ago with two people who have thwarted me because of their darkness and my light and I sent them the energy message of I see you, understand, wish you well, and I am done. It made my heart swell, made things neutral, and they were out of my 'picture' for a few days each.
In the last 6 years I've had 3 scorpios try to lie, steal, backstab, cheat, and sabotage me to get ahead. And they still try to drag me down to their level. It's ridiculous. I cut them all off and went NC, but it's like they don't get the message. Hi Cindy, I relate to the entity identified with the cross and Scorpio. That is my sign and in May 2022 I had an enlightenment experience triggered. It was like my higher self descended on me and energetically God was being played through my speaker system. As a result my life completely fell apart. I was socially excluded and experienced all my relationships crash as it seemed like everyone wanted to take my divine energy. It was like the entire world was narcissistic toward me as they only sought to commodify my love and empathy for the power.
In the end I experienced being severed from source in my sleep, then attacked for my love and high vibes. My vibration was peace, but it was like my ‘heart’ was breached, taken, emptied of its divine gold and my spirit broken and taken by others. I have been trying to write about it to share my story, but the experience has consistently been overwhelming and all consuming- first in light, then in dark.
These days I can no longer access my soul’s vibration- the clear channel of peace that I spent a year mostly just meditating with. I experienced a sense of being changed from a light of positivity into a space that has been overrun by vibrations of negativity and evil. It has been exactly like being pushed through a veil into the afterlife while still living and then viewed through that distorted mirror as the devil. Cindy you are an impeccable channel 🙏🏻
Over the last 8 months I have also experienced varying levels of being taken over and controlled by entities gaining access to inside me, as the loss of integrity to spiritual realms. It seemed as though the world around me decided it had no need for an independent spiritual force.
From my side, my whole life I have been very loving, kind and compassionate. I am not vengeful and I respect the way of the Tao and all spiritual paths. The divine mother - as symbolised through Gaia, Mother Mary and Kuan Yin, were most representative of my guiding love, but I no longer feel her / their presence or my soul’s presence here. I only feel a thin sense of ‘humanity’ where my connection to the divine, creativity and unique individuality used to be. A lack of motivation to do anything has become a huge issue.
My deepest wish is to see the sacred restored, which feels to have fallen under my watch. Though I continue to hold to hope.
For a long time I tried to hold the energies in balance through empathetic listening which brought light to the dark and took a lot of conscious concentration. It was much work, though from the outside it looked like I wasn’t doing anything. I dedicated everything, more than I should, to this as it seemed so important.
Now I cannot make loving vibrations at all as I once did - it’s as though the equipment has been removed - and when my ‘heart opens’ it is like there is a tear in it or it has been replaced by the heart of darkness and the crows gather and start singing. There’s one going for it now but at least it’s not a whole - omg they are called a ‘murder’ in groups. Now I know why.
My story has become the opposite of what I wanted. I wanted to talk about eternal life within a loving, alive and conscious Universe. I have instead experienced a type of Egyptian second death. I am reminded of Harry Potter where all Sirius has to do is fall through the mirror to die. My intention was to bring a positive message of love over fear, so this is another reason I have hesitated to speak out.
However at the same time it has been like humanity wanted to take over divinity and no one cared about the destruction as long as they benefited in terms of divine light. For me it has come at the price of divine love and divine autonomy, which feels very wrong. Though I recognise that a desire for co-creation and shared responsibility forms an important role here too. I believe this being may be called Hod - Humanity’s God.
I wish to be able to love warmly again as I always have as it is all I know how to do. My life’s ambition in the end was only to be allowed to emit love. I am deeply honoured to have experienced as much of that as I did 🙏🏻
I believe in the work of Jesus and Rudolf Steiner’s understanding of Christ. I note that both were murdered. I have experienced what feels like etheric murder, with probably a touch of abduction thrown in. I am just a Mother of a not yet 10 year old. I have health issues which in combination with these spiritual battles have left me beyond vulnerable and less than functional. I also recognise other light workers have faced high physical tolls as a result of these challenges we have all been through together.

Giving much appreciation to Gaia brought much energy in whilst I still had a ‘bag’ to hold it on. Or whilst she was able to hold on to her own space. It was a natural consequence of being spiritually oriented, trusting, positive and heart centred. I have also been given minimum intellectual information, whether to help keep me present or blind to truths it would be hard to cope with, I don’t know. Sending love and light for someone who works from the darkness is not always a good idea. As one might be obstructing a karmic process that is necessary for that person to grow. But, switching to neutral, allowing the correct karma to take place, and letting go of the need for personal retribution is really important for our own journey. And theirs.

I did want to add something regarding sending love and light to someone who's hurt you or has been less than perfect with you. I completely understand and to a certain degree I do feel bad not being able to show care as I'm used to. But it is also what I'm used to showing that has enabled them in their behavior. I will indeed try to send them love, but I cannot go back to the way I used to show love and care towards that archetype. I really don't want to be bitter and vengeful myself but there are certain boundaries I won't let myself cross again and as sad it sounds, it's their darkness to go through and I can't go through it with them.
