Constant zikr of ALLAH will help you ,bcos those who do zikr they are not among the gafileens.
So start zikr ,make it the habit of your tounge, whenever you are alone,on road or anywhere always make zikr such as
SUBHAN ALLAH, ALHAMDU LIL LAH, ALLAH HU AKBAR and LA ILAH HA ILLA ALLAH.
moreover I have heard that it is among the best of deeds a Muslim can perform.
surah room, verse no 17,18 and 19 if you recite these in morning and evening then it will be sufficient for you in case you forgot any zikr.
MAY ALLAH HELP ME AND YOU TO DO HIS ZIKR.

Whenever you realize your mistakes, just take a few minutes to offer 2 rak'as of salah and thank Allah for the blessing of letting you realize it (you are lucky you realized it). You will feel peace and rich in your heart.
If you feel depressed or upset, cry your heart out in prayer, cry like a 2 year old kid to Allah, for Allah loves nagging of his servants. And you should feel at ease. There's no better ease of the heart than the shower of mercy from Allah. Works every time!

Allah Explains it Beautifully
Surah 57 Verse 20:
Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion.
Surah 57 Verse 21:
Race toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is like the width of the heavens and earth, prepared for those who believed in Allah and His messengers. That is the bounty of Allah which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

Easiest way to jannah:
Abu Umaamah (RA) narrated that:
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:
“Whoever reads “Ayatul-Kursi” [Qur’an 2:255], after every obligatory prayer, nothing prevents him from entering Paradise except death (i.e. that he is still alive).”
(An-Nasaa’ee, Ibn Hibbaan - Sahih)
MEANING:
The explanation of this Hadith is that such a person is guaranteed Jannah, Innshaa Allaah.
However, this applies as long as that particular person does not commit any major sin without seeking repentance for it. In such a case this guarantee will not apply.

They think that following false Hadeeth is going to get them to paradise .. when Allah already sent down his guidance .. the Quran .. The disbelievers are soon going to know. Prehaps the hour is near
Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and beware (of evil): if ye do turn back, know ye that it is Our Messenger’s duty to proclaim (the Message) in the clearest manner. (5: 92).
O ye who believe! obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If ye differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe
in Allah and the Last Day: that is best, and most suitable for final determination. (4: 59).
Say: “Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger: but if ye turn away, he is only responsible for the duty placed on him and ye for that placed on you. If ye obey him, ye shall be on right guidance.(24: 54).
And whoever obeys Allâh and His Messenger, Allâh shall admit him in the Gardens underneath which rivers flow. (4:13)
And whoever obeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has won a great success. (33:71)
And we sent no messenger, but that he should be obeyed by the leave of Allâh. (4:64)
And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) the reminder and the advice (the Qur’ân), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought. (16:44)
By the way, that hadheed is classed as Saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’, 6510

Hmmmmm...The Ramadan that most people follow is not the real ramadan. I REPEAT, The Ramadan that most people follow is not the real ramadan. Read Surah 53 An Najm it talks about revelation being received by the setting of a star called sirius most people are following false hadeeths sighting the new moon and Allah never said sight it .
SURAH 2:189 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the New Moons. Say, "They are measurements of time for the people and for Hajj." And it is not righteousness to enter houses from the back, but righteousness is [in] one who fears Allah. And enter houses from their doors. And fear Allah that you may succeed. ---- Surah 12 verse 111 'There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding Never was the Qur'an a hadeeth invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
'Laqad kana fee qasasihimAAibratun li-olee al-albabi ma kana hadeethanyuftara walakin tasdeeqa allatheebayna yadayhi watafseela kulli shay-in wahudan warahmatanliqawmin yu/minoon .....
IF yu check the transliteration it says hadeethin... Allah is talking about hadeeths that everyone follow Surah 2 verse 185 The month of Ramadhan in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights the month let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful. so why do we have Ramadan? its because its the month revelation was revealed and to gain righteousness surah 53 say it was revealed by a star setting. also don't let the disbelievers get you with the sunnah of the prophet. Sunnah means way. so muhammad establishes way? or do Allah? Allah says in Surah 33 verse 62 way of Allah with those who passed on before; and you will not find in the way of Allah any change. notice the transliteration starts off saying Sunnata Allahi ... Sunnata Allahi fee allatheenakhalaw min qablu walan tajida lisunnati Allahi tabdeela
nowhere in quran does it say sunnah of Muhammad. The Prophet only follow what was revealed to him which was the quran .. Allah says in
Surah 7 verse 203 and when you do not bring them a sign they say, "Why have you not contrived it?" Say, "I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This is enlightenment from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a people who believe." surah 69 verse 40 to 46
indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger.
And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe
Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember.
[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.
And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings
We would have seized him by the right hand;
Then We would have cut from him the aorta so were are yall getting these false sayings from allah told him what to say. .... oh and dont read in the brackets shaytan throws in SURAH 22 VERSE 52 And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke [or recited], Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding]. But Allah abolishes that which Satan throws in; then Allah makes precise His verses. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
!!!yu notice that or recited and some misunderstanding has parenthesis around it. ...!!!!!
Surah 22 Verse 53 so He may make what Satan throws in a trial for those within whose hearts is disease and those hard of heart. And indeed, the wrongdoers are in extreme dissension. therfore... Surah 7 verse 3
Follow, [O mankind], what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow other than Him any allies. Little do you take heed
Quran ONLY EVERYBODY.. Submit yourselves to the Lord of the Worlds... Peace
Follow the Quran only .. Only source of guidance is from the creator of all things .. the Hadiths are fabricated, little do they take heed ...

Allahumma inni as-alukaal-‘afwa wal ‘afiyata fid dunya wal akhira. Allahumma inni as-aluka al ‘afwa walafiyata fee deeni wa dunyaya wa ahlee wa malee. Allahumma ustur ‘awrati wa aminrow’ati. Allahumma ahfadhnee min bayni yadayya min khalfi wa ‘an yameeni wa ‘anshimali wa min fowqi wa a’oodhu bi ‘adhmatika an aghtaala min tahti.
"O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next. O Allah,I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religious and worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay. O Allah, preserve me from the front and from behind and on my right and on my left and from above, and I take refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth."
