Cirrus 3003 Compact trailed seed drill combination - praxis report by Michael Hantelmann | AMAZONE

We visited another AMAZONE customer, Michael Hantelmann, from the Wolfenbüttel district at his arable farm for you. There he farms 400 ha on his own and around 700 ha in a partnership. In addition to the AD-P, sowing is also done with a Cirrus 3003 Compact. Due to the increasingly narrow time frame in which sowing has to take place, he is particularly impressed by the work rates of around 25 hectares in a day. The hydraulic depth adjustment and the seed pipe monitoring are also important features for Michael Hantelmann.
The Cirrus 3003 Compact trailed sowing combination is characterised by its excellent work quality and, not only after the plough and when mulch sowing, but also by the Minimum TillDisc as a “No-Till light” system. The Minimum TillDisc is particularly suited for strip-wise, low disturbance, water-saving soil cultivation. It moves as little soil as possible. Thanks to its flexible levels of equipment available and the wide-ranging seed conveying options, the Cirrus can be individually configured in widths from 3 m to 6 m.
