I like how the random guys making P320 trigger install videos are mangling the springs and doing everything the hard way, they have a ton of likes. The Apex guys show you how to do it the right way and I am only seeing 377 likes since 2020.
Great video, keep up the good work!
Not going to lie, it would be great to have a million likes. However, these install videos are really about helping the customer get it right. That's, for us, it what is really important. Thanks for the feedback.
This video saved me from going crazy! You guys did a great job on explaining how to install the trigger, thank you!
Just installed the kit, was super easy. I'm glad you finally made a safety compatible kit, I've been looking to use an apex trigger.
Hell yea! This trigger rocks. You weren’t joking about the last spring 😂
Thank you guys for releasing this installation video! I’ve had my eye on one of these trigger assemblies for some time now but didn’t find a good enough install video. I could buy it now!
Glad it helps out.
I failed :( ,, the over travel stop (the tiny tube) is to right ,, The pin wasn’t going in and I didn’t want to force it !
Just got a new P320 X5 Legion. Will your bar and flat trigger fit this set up and will it lessen the trigger pull in lbs/oz and shorter the trigger reset? Thanks!!!
They need to add that those several tries at reinstalling the spring may include lots of profanity
What is the overall upgrades/function from installing this kit? (esp if installed in M18)
I couldn't get the damn overstop pin out to put that spring and sleeve over it
will this work on the M17/M18 FCU?
Any chance you guys will make upgrade parts for the new SA echelon??
Hmmm, should have looked at the directions… Oh well, it’s back together with the new trigger and working.
Will this work with my Sig Sauer M18 with safety?
I'm installing an apex 112 031 kit on my sig xcarry, and my over travel stop tube is not hollow. It's only half drilled through on one side, and the other side is drilled slightly. Pretty bummed out . Was my Xmas present from my wife.
Just contact customer service at 623-322-0200 and they can help you.
I have a m17 p320 fcu that I removed the manual safety from. I already own the apex trigger bar & flat trigger, however I can’t use the trigger bar due to it slightly catching onto the manual safety hole during trigger reset. I want to buy the forward trigger bar featured in this video. Where can I find it since I had no luck on my own. Thanks

Hi, Ben from FLUX here - is it required to use the overtravel stop to also use your trigger bar? Our Raider safety is not compatible with your overtravel stop, but does seem to work with both your trigger and bar, and I do not seem to have any issues, but I have a customer telling me that APEX says that you must use the overtravel stop in order to use the bar.
This is a question best directed directly to our engineering department, by phone and not over social media.
@@apextactical Thank you, I reached out by all means possible in order to receive an answer as soon as possible. I just got it via email this morning, but thank you for replying. We all love Apex stuff at Flux.
For some reason the over-travel stop pin is not fitting in the over-travel stop. I tried fishing it through with the pin punch and worked on it for at least an hour and still was unsuccessful in installing it. Any tips guys?
Yes, call our customer service at 623-322-0200. They can assist you. It's kinda why they're here.
If this happens to you they will tell you to sand the tip of the pin down, it is mushroom a bit. Do it with fine sandpaper and a little at a time. Fixed the problem!
I am having trouble with the factory trigger bar spring, seems like it isn’t long enough to set into place.
Contact our Customer Service people, they can assist you. We have only ever used the factory springs on the P320 so your spring should install and function.
I installed the kit and now i noticed that when i pull the trigger the whole upper kind of moves down and when the click happens the upper goes back to where it was. Is that normal? Help please
Yes that is normal. The slide to frame fit requires movement to allow for proper cycling when it gets hot and dirty.
Thank you
Can this be installed on a pre upgrade p320 not sent in for voluntary upgrade?
We do not recommend it for use in the Non-Updated models of the P320.
I tried installing the Apex 509 trigger using your step by step videos. It was a catastrophe. I broke my frame. It was 100% my fault. Anyway, when I got it back from FN with a new frame I had a gunsmith install it. I wasn't taking any more chances. Now I'm waiting for my Apex 509 Longslide. Is there a time frame for shipping yet? 🔫 🇺🇸
is there intent of doing a trigger kit for the P365XL?
Nothing on the drawing board at this time.
Will the bar work with the oem sig flat trigger?
Yes
it seems the disconnector (3rd party) is to short to fully engage ( Drive) the spring and trigger bar to the bottom of the sear housing assembly . Now when i push trigger bar with finger, it locks in place fine.
Will this fit the Regular p365?
No, it will not.
that first pin is not budging
Is there a difference between this video and the one I think you used to have several years ago?
Yes, we updated the video. We will try and update all our older videos using the newer setup, higher resolution and better camera angles.
@@apextactical it is great that you do that, thank you!
What would be the problem, if everything looks good, but there's no articulation out of or in a grip module? I have zero sear activation, as I believe you referred to it, and between 3 triggers, each only moves like 1mm. I can't figure it out. After buying the 112-031 kit, and watching this video, until it was engraved into my brain, AND, watching the video and pausing during installation, I'm clearly a moron. I will say, that this was my first interaction of any kind, with anything from the P320 platform, so I can only assume that it's 100% operator/installer error.
Contact our customer service at 623-322-0200 and they can help you with troubleshooting the install. Have a camera handy so you can take pics to show our customer service what you're seeing.
Is this a MiM part?
No.
Does this work with m18 models with a manual safety?
Yes, the new trigger bar design work on the thumb safety models.
Awesome I had got the trigger kit and installed. It works fine with the apex trigger. However with my sig flat skeletonized trigger. It has issues re engaging the seer. Is there any trouble shooting you know of?
@@RossBurnettChannel You can contact our customer service at 623-322-0200 for assistance.
My pin refuses to go into that overtravel pin

Is this kit safe for EDC?
It is if you're safe carrying your firearm. If you are worried then either run it stock or you can swap out just the trigger itself, thus keeping all the travel in place.
My over travel pin won't go back in. I had to really hammer it out and it won't go back in after putting on the spring and tube
Edit: I was finally able to get it going and the spring was way easier for me than the overtravel pin 😅
4:38 me to my girlfriend when she asks me if it’s in
I may be a gunsmith but I am in no way competent.
You would not be the first.
