    Very nicely explained. I observed that some small cap company have very high pb ratio means share price is under valued. Means there is scope to go up the price.

    how do you divide the net value of company by numbers of shares in the market where as we know that ideally the ranges of non promoter shares be in range of 30 to 40 percent only.
    same doubt in P/E ratio.
