Hello. Today I brought Tiramisu cake.
I used Mascarpone Cheese, which doesn't taste sour but is soft.
You can use cream cheese or mix them half.
I decorated with mini macaroons, but you can decorate with others.

▶ ingredient (15cm x 7cm cake)
+ sheet cake
3 eggs, 80g sugar, 4ml vanilla extract, 70g cake flour, 15g cocoa powder, 20g vegetable oil
+ coffee syrup
90ml hot water, 5g coffee powder, 40g sugar
+ cream
7g gelatin, 20ml milk, 220ml whipping cream, 120g sugar, 380g mascarpone
+ finish
cocoa powder

데코용 마카롱은 따로 만들어둔 초콜릿 마카롱이고 옆에 꽂은건 남은 커피시럽을 넣은 스포이드입니다

This is not tiramisù... tiramisù is actually an italian dessert and it's made with just cream (mascarpone cheese, egg whites, egg yolk + sugar) and savoiardi biscuits with espresso coffee. On top of everything goes cocoa powder. You should try it like that, it's seriously delicious!! I'm italian and I come from Florence!
The title says TIRAMISU "CAKE". It doesn't say it is tiramisu. She arranged the original recipe to something new.

Take all purpose white flour subtracts 2 Tablespoons of the flour and add 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch then sift 5 times. 1cup flour-2tbsp+tbsp cornstarch+5 sifts=cake flour
