Does anyone else think this would be an amazing idea as a cooling fan AND clock at the same time if you maybe put some for on flicks to act as fanblades round the edge? That way, cold air would get blown outwards.

At the start you see the circuit board. The board has probably 5 LEDs on it and when the board spins (probably as a result of a motor attacked to it) your eyes pick up the light from the fast spinning board as one image. It's very similar to those little fans that you buy at a dollar store and when you turn them on the fan spins and the LEDs light up and you get the cool designs.
