    literally i was watching the video to do it step by step and i had no option to choose anything there, after your reply i check again and it is there i don't know if i had to disable the renewal to make it visible but before it wasn't there for sure. (bitdefender playing with me)

      I'm using Google Chrome browser and the 'Subscriptions' and 'My Payments' tabs are still showing. The tabs did take a few seconds longer to load compared to the rest of the page. I checked this just a minute ago.

      I emailed Bitdefender about this today. The 2Checkout option isn't working either. Let's see what they say. My cancellation isn't due for a few months, but this practice-saying there's a tab on the website and that you can cancel through 2Checkout when you actually can't-feels almost fraudulent.

      IF you cannot find them, I would do the whole help thing, but stay off of the forums, you'll need THEIR attention. If it is something as simple as a browser, that's cool, but if you've tried clearing your browser's cache, or tried from a totally different PC (especially if that PC were on a different domain), then yeah, contact them.

    they changed the site there is no way to cancel anything like the video so now you have to go to support and click the subscriptions category there and you will manage the rest.

      I just checked the steps in this video are still valid and the website still works the same way. My auto-renewal is still turned off.

      @@TechTubeTVOfficial Current version of the google chrome browser does not allow to do this either. Maybe it works for @TechTubeTvOfficial but not for most of the users who are complaining. I tried it with multiple browsers Chrome, Firefox and Safari. All of them were up to date.

    The other thing they like to do is get you on auto renewal, and then send you great offers in the email. IF you take them up on an email offer... guess what? You'll get auto renewed TOO... and you'll have two subscriptions and not even know it. Once you figure this out, they'll will argue with you until the are blue in the face, and the MOST they will do for you is to turn off the oldest subscription but they will NOT refund a single RON of your money (penny, lira, etc...) NOT ONE SINGLE portion because it is "your fault" for double subscribing. THAT is DIRTY POOL.

      The whole reason I checked into this, is because I had a double subscription (they were spaced about 3 months apart too), several years ago and THOUGHT I had it straighten out. I was curious about when my subscription ended, and from their Central website, I found TWO DIFFERENT expiration dates AGAIN. I wanted to ensure that that STUPID auto renew was not turned back on, and now I am in the process of threatening to take them to court unless they get their heads out of the sand and figure out how to PROPERLY BILL someone. I have a lot of great evidence now, with old emails, and screenshots, and now NEW screenshots... we'll see what happens with this, I guess.... (I don't think this is a dual subscription--could be... but they need to explain why I have two different expiration dates.)
