The Walmart one is not the same....I wish it was...bc it looks the same....but their's is cake mix...and it kinda sucks....since it's the cotton candy flavor and the pop rocks that makes the Target one addictive .

They have the EXACT same mix at Walmart except it's sold under the Great Value name brand. I saw it today.
