Rémy Métailler: Personally that course looks punishing with little flow. Not my cup of tea. But you’d probably nail it with your superb abilities and daily rides down BC knar. I really want to see what you can do at Hardline dude. I believe it showcases your talents comparatively well against others who would usually beat you in DH. (Only because they race for a living unlike you).
😊 I now know Remy is definitely a fan of MTB. I seem to run into him on all the channels! I'm sure Remy can compete with all the pros.

It is insane how easy some of these guys make this look.... I’m pretty sure I struggle more on most blue tech trails than these riders

THose trails would be knarly on a full on DH bike.
I've been riding mountain bikes since before suspension so I've seen all the technology come and go and I would have to say the greatest inovations have happened in the last 10 years. first is the wheel size, 29er for xc and 27.5 for trail and DH. Another thing that people don't really realize is that the geometry of these new bikes are so much better than they were even 15-10 years ago. Now you can have a 5 inch trail bike that you can ride down some serious rocky trails and pedal up trails too.
My knees are both shot so the next thing i'm looking forward to is an E-bike.
