Hi! I always find it really hard to say definitively if something is worth it. I think it's really personal to your lifestyle and what you want out of a bag. I will say that the quality is really good - I've used it consistenly since I got it and it's showing barely any wear. it's great every day bag but not necessarily if you're commuting on transit etc. just because it doesn't have a top closure. i hope this helps/hope you can potentially find it secondhand :)
