KALAMAY with MONGGO FILLING

- So here is my version of Kalamay with Monggo filling. Basically made of coconut milk, condensed milk, glutinous rice flour, sugar and sweetened mung beans for the filling. Perfectly sweet and sticky, this kalamay is great as dessert and snack paired perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea.
INGREDIENTS:
MONGGO FILLING:
- 1 cup red mung beans or green mung beans, boiled
- water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
KALAMAY:
- 3 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or white sugar
- 4 cups glutinous rice flour
TOPPING:
- 1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
- 3/4 cup condensed milk

@@golddamaezomil2306 Correction: yung second baking at 180C at 35 minutes or until the top turns slightly brown.then ilalabas mo sa oven para ilagay naman yung topping. Ibabalik mo ulit sa oven at 200C to BROIL for 15 minutes or until top turns slightly golden gaya ng nasa video.
