Making biochar

Watch the novel medium-size technology (1000 kg biochar per day) for producing biochar called the "Kon Tiki" flame curtain kiln. This technology combines the simplicity of the traditional kiln with the combustion of pyrolysis gases in the flame curtain. The process is quick (hours), clean (ten times lower emissions than traditional kilns) and requires no investments apart from labour.
