Do you use a particular brand of balloons? Or just whatever kind you can grab that are cheap?
Hi there! When it comes to twisting, (for me personally) I always use Qualatex. Always. As in, never anything else… ever. Thanks for your question!
Why did you snip the white… and how does it not burst when you twist it fully inflated…?
Hi! I snipped the white balloon to ensure that it would not be too long for the design without having to be snipped after the twisting. Regarding the balloon being fully inflated, even when there are no uninflated portions of a balloon to work with, that doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t be pumped up further. There still can be enough malleability so that the balloon can be squeezed and twisted as the latex is at its most unexpanded inflated form. These 260 twisting balloons can take a lot of punishment as they are meant for this exact purpose. Thank you so much for your questions!
This is such a cool design. How “kid tough” is it? The spiral looks quite delicately balanced ?
I’ve seen a couple similar designs like this but I tried to make mine as sturdy as possible. If you put a few glue dot adhesive discs at the points where the 260 crucially overlaps itself, it will make a huge difference in the integrity of the composition once the kids take it from balloon lollipop to clashing sword or head-bonking implement.
@@BalloonSage haha head bonking implement is very accurate. I gave a kid a sword once, told him not to be too rough with it or put it on the ground because it’s just a balloon and it may pop. He ran off gleefully and immediately started hitting a cactus- with obvious consequences.

Hahaha, only the last 4? I remember back in the day I would make aliens and weapons and such, but nowadays I just make cutesy pretty colorful girly designs. I’m not sure why, as all of my interests in real life are the polar opposite of the type of videos I make. I lift weights while watching Sons Of Anarchy, then film myself making a pretty butterfly balloon. I have no explanation for this, honestly, but I will consider your feedback seriously and try to butch things up a bit.
