Cinema 4D Tutorial: Creating a Wrecking Ball Scene with Chains

Hey CZcams family! In this C4D tutorial, I'll show you how to model, rig and simulate an epic wrecking ball smashing through objects. We'll start by constructing the basic components - a spherical wrecking ball, cylindrical chain links and attachment points.
Rigging the chain was tricky but crucial for the natural swinging motion. Speaking of animation, a sine wave oscillator on the chain origin allows the entire rig to swing in perfectly balanced arcs. Other tips include setting up destruction metaballs for impact crumbling and adding physics simulations to complete the mayhem!
