My current home back routine: Pullups 3 sets×10 Australian Pullups 3sets×15 BendOver Rows 3sets×15 Supermans 3sets×10. I would like anyone to add up their suggestions.
looks like a program for muscle building mine different im training for push and pull strength and cool moves im building muscle too but more slower but this program cool too all i can say if u doing 10 pull up in a set add 1 more set and do it like 2 set weighted 2 set normal pull up it will improve so much in both ways
Bro combine pullup and australian pullup For example do 15 australian pullup then without rest start doing 10 normal pullup 3 set×10+15 Then do barbell row 3 set×15 Believe me by doing this you see great development in your back I follow this routine and its works

im going failure every set and doing like 5 set of them its really makes me comfortable at pull ups and improving grip strength too
My advice is just to hold it in whatever position you are doing for as long as you can...you'll get better over time.
