I guess the job can only be done by brave men and women. They are paid well but one must be able to overcome the fear of working in the morgue of the nation of Ghana where Dead Bodies sometimes rot in the fridge for a particular reason.
Pathology is Medical Field but very few brave Men from most tribes are willing to do the job because it is so scary and dirty. First of all one has to learn about human Anatomy and Physiology and then know all the parts of the human body by heart. Then one has to do a one year internship in a major hospital to be able to do all manner of Pathological work in the morgue for a particular reason. Like Nursing this is not an easy Job to do at all In the 2020s.

It's not tribalistic, the reason she asked, in some years ago only two tribes were found to be working in the mortuary and that was northerners and ewes. There is a whole lot of mysteries surrounding the work in the mortuary, it was believed that some times a dead body would get up and slap a mortuary attendant, so many people were affraid to work in the mortuary especially the Akans, but today they have seen that what was told about the mortuary is a lie, so people from all tribes apply to work in the mortuary. There are some jobs in Ghana which is done by only some tribes, for example fishing, how many northerners do you see using canoe to fish in our sea, it's only those tribes living along the coast. So if a northerner is found to be doing fishing on the sea and one ask but, you are a northern why do you involve yourself in fishing, would that be a tribal sentiment?
