Mortimer is a rather unique character on the strip. He’s old, suave and wise in more ways than one. He’s wise where he can guide certain people in the exact way they need, as well as having the wisdom in hitting the vending machine in such a way where he can get free candy from it.
Mortimer arrived on the strip very recently. He just walked into the crowds and observed. He has seen so much advancement over the many years he’s been around, this little racing scene with these unconventional racing vehicles has made him realise he can enjoy the more wild things in life.
It’s no surprise that Mortimer enjoys the night scene on the strip. He’s definitely a sight to behold when his car spits insane flames. Folks on the strip are 50/50 on believing if Mortimer is actually a vampire. But regarding how he got his car, some questions are better left unanswered.
