    Two questions:
    1) what if it’s an incorporated business, shareholder owner. Can he write himself t2200 or his accountant sign it for him if he works from home?
    2) what if an employee is also a 50% shareholder, then what happens if he works from home?

      If the shareholder acts like an employee, he likely qualifies for the home office deductions on his personal return.
