Bigfoot XL Towing Helicopter

Taylor-Dunn's Southern California authorized dealer, Yale Chase, captured video of their demo with the Long Beach Police Department's helicopter pilot and mechanic. Although the ground was wet following a recent rain, the Bigfoot XL out performed an F-250 while towing a total of 8,500 pounds, including the trailer and helicopter full of fuel. Although the vehicle had just a pintle hitch, the pilot had no trouble backing up the vehicle with the heavy load. The original purpose the LBPD had for this vehicle was just to tow but now they see that multiple jobs can be completed on the tarmac with the Bigfoot XL.
