    Awesome report mate. If you don't mind, allow me to help you with terminology: For the team time trial (or a breakaway that is working together) we call that a 'pace-line'. Being on the front of that is called 'taking a pull'. There's an etiquette to this: when it's your 'turn', just smoothly pull through and hold the speed (not the power). Resist the urge to ramp up the power because you will drop the guy behind you (faux pas) and definitely drop the guy who just pulled before you (major faux pas - you will not be invited back). You will understand this if it happens to you because you will be blown as you pull off and chasing back on is incredibly painful. Keep killing it!

    Good luck for race tonight. Being big will be an advantage for this course. One tip - try not to drop your team on your turn. You want to go hard but keep an eye on bottom of screen

    Love it! The look on your face, discovering that the weight ad-on’s doesn’t fit, ROFL. It’s up there with falling of the bike doing AdZ! Question: The fact, that Nixon is pulling you, is that considered to be doping? 😉

    Hey Mark - competed in my first zwift race today thanks to some encouragement from your content. I am particularly interested in how you achieve balance between resistance training and cycling; I am finding my legs are quite beat up from 4-5 hours of cycling/week alongside high volume leg days. Any suggestions and/or future videos about this topic? Cheers from Canada!

    How do you manage lifting weight and cycling? Legs are a real issue for me, got doms to deal with after smashing squats, so itll be a good 2 or 3 days before I feel like I can put decent power down again on the road bike. Upper body is an issue when I go ride the MTB as well. Assuming you do some sort of structured lifting and dont just chuck weight small amounts of weight about for the sake of it?

    I was wondering if you have had any trouble with the kickr bike. I have had sweat damage to the gears, resulting in new handlebars. Also the top crank cracking right through the 175 hole, resulting a new bike. I am a 13stone rider and am worried this will happen again as I have only had it for 6 months. Thought it would be interesting hearing your thoughts.
