To maintain healthy skin, this is what worked for me: Right after waking up in the morning, start by properly cleansing your face. Opt for a mild and gentle face wash such as the riceberry facewash by littleexttra and then apply moisturizer to your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Don't wash your face too many times in a day. Just wash it once in the morning and once before going to sleep. Remember to keep your face moisturized throughout the day. And don't forget sunscreen even when you are at home. The white patches in skin occur when your skin is already dry and due to the exposure from sun. Therefore, it's important to keep your skin hydrated and shield it from excessive sun exposure.
After cleansing face with the riceberry cleanser, I noticed that the skin appears glowing. It is effective for all skin. The fragrance -free gel is such a good relief for the skin. It brightens the complexion as complexion becomes more radiant with each use.
Really love that the rice berry Vitamin C Serum and face cleanser made with natural ingredients. My skin is so healthy. I highly recommend them.

I recently added bioderma sensibio h20 micellar water to my skincare routine. It makes my skin soft and hydrating. It does not even cause acne or skin pigmentation. I am so satisfied with the difference in my skin texture.

Hi shef this was a amazing overall routine but I would recommend you to switch over to a chemical exfoliate rather than a scrub because scrubs are very abrasive to the skin and can do more damage that good on the other hand chemical peels are much more gentle and do the job just right hope this helps :) edit-tysmmmm for the likes

@@ragini9396raj yes ofcouse there are really good ones in the market I would recommend the doctor Sheth liquorice and lactic acid peel for beginners and the ordinary aha and bha one as well but use it as u build tolerance:) hope this helps Ragini

I stumbled upon this video. I have been into skincare for a few months now, and most of the products were actually problematic. Please ensure the ingredients before suggesting products. You seem to have a naturally healthy skin, not everyone has same and trying things from your recommendation will actually worsen things for many people. Do a good research next time! Good luck!

Well atleast the cetaphil cleanser...the toner and the moisturizer were kinda fine
I used Biotique product she recommended it didn't suit me at all.
True, biotique papaya scrub has big chunky hard granules which are very harsh for face skin. It should not be used on face, but it is fine for rest of body parts
Cetaphil is d best.. Idk abt d rest.. But I'll prefer using natural remedies for exfoliating
I like Neutrogena sunscreen's smell , it smells like jasmine and not strong but the consistency is really thick . I got pussless painfull bumps on my chin and cheeks after using it.. and i have normal combination skin.
Now i use vlcc it is light but it kinda has a strong smell.. and i have been using it for a month now.. i didn't experienced any side effects and it is non greasy and makes my skin glowy and bright :)

Yes, these products are affordable and suit most skin types. But some of these products are containing parabens and sulfates which gradually harms the skin.

The Oraya vitamin c serum is amazing, it's affordable and actually works (I have oily skin), much better than using pure almond oil.

Thanks for the recommendations. I have an oily acne prone skin and I prefer using Bioderma sebium gel moussant. It gently cleanses and purifies my skin. It also limits sebum secretion.
I am also using ROGHAN BADAM SHIRIN SWEET ALMOND OIL which u also using in this video

Twice a week...a physical exfoliator ? I think a chemical exfoliator is a much better option...can be a little bit expensive but much much better option than physical exfoliators...

@@ragini9396raj I'm sorry but i don't use chemical exfoliants in general but i use the 1% salicylic acid face gel everyday and I'm still 16 so yeah but i will recommend you to start with low percentage like 1 or 2% you can start with PHAs or BHAs whatever suits your concerns . Hope this helps

One question about sunscreen........ I've heard that after a limited time the chemicals present in sunscreen gets de-natured. So if we don't re-apply sunscreen after 2 hours..... Will it damaged our skin??

@@shwetabhat3951 There's 2 types of micellar water that bioderma has. One is pink bottle which is for normal to dry skin. And second is green bottle which is for sensitive and acne prone skin.

Ma'm you already have an amazing skin please don't use such cheap products with a huge amount of diff. Chemicals even the Cetaphil which is not at all good in a long run for sensitive skin.
Neutrogena Sunscreen is kind of good btw.
And you can go with those oils.
