A month ago I used up a bottle of cetaphiil face wash and this month I used riceberry face wash. I can say rice berry was more suitable to my skin and I achieved good results with it.

I am 23 now but I still get acne 😢I followed every proper hygiene and diet and my skin type is oily but getting sensitive in recent years no matter what I used always getting break out and I tried my type of sunscreen but none of them suit me whenever I used sunscreen next day or end of the week another breakout appear and I consulted to doctor for time of treatment it faded a bit but reappear and in summer and monsoon season I always get painful pimples and don't easily go only in winter my skin look like a skin to me without any pain it's been 8 years like this😢
Pharmacy products aren't good for skin if used for long can make skin sensitive and thin.. My mother experienced they have a no. Of chemical quantity in them that is why they can cure any problem within few days but to be cured naturally it takes time.. You should always use mild products though it takes time but not harmful. I'm not against this but i have experienced if the problem is not that huge then don't opt for pharmaceutical products.
@@ankitathakar7998 wash your face in morning and night with diy face wash or any product that have less harmful content and according to your skin type don't use towels to wipe the water wait until it air dries and follow with moisturizer and sunscreen.. I have oily and acne prone skin so I use mamaearth tea tree face wash and oil free tea tree moisturizer of mamaearth it self and aqualogica sunscreen... That's it and i have diy face packs twice a week... And follow a clean girl routine .
That can happen with exfoliating products. Product that contains peptide, cica, centella, ceramide, hyaluronic acid don't do this. But I'm not sure about niacinamide. That's why I don't use pharmacy niacinamide.
@@ankitathakar7998 I only use 5% niacinamide. Reequil Pore Refining serum and Suganda 5% Niacinamide serum worked for me. Plum didn't do anything for my skin. I have used their multiple product but nothing worked for me. I don't like plum as a brand. It's overhyped.

Many people face that problem with chemical sunscreens so try physical or mineral sunscreens or sunscreens that have zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in their ingredients. Earth rhythm has one good mineral sunscreen
Your content is actually veryyy useful But can plsss consider purchasing a mic as your voice is very sweet but low at the same time hope you understand the problem
Simple's face wash, spot treatment of acne with 2% salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide during daytime, moisturize with Sebamed clear face gel/neutrogena hydroboost, Fixderma sunscreen gel. Double cleanse at night. Apply 0.25% tretinoin cream on the whole face at night thrice a week. Wait for at least 3-4 months to see results.
Caution : Most moistuizers now a days cause some kind of itching for most people... Also a lot of chemicals... So it is better to baby oil or coconut oil as moistuizer 👍...

You should check out your thyroid levels and pcos once go through blood parameters
