Definitely tough being a single mom but when your babies grow up they are going to remember everything you did for them. When you invest in your babies, they remember. My son is all grown up now and remembers all the little things we did.

She has a husband that loves her and shows love to her within and outside of the presence of the children. Single mothers have none of the above. You quite literally have the weight for two people on one person. Life is life and there are a myriad of things that could land you with the title of a single mom, but you should take every precaution to keep it from happening - like being selective with your partner and being fully committed in marriage. I work extremely hard and still take care of myself and have a home cleaner than half of the stay at home moms I know. I have a great support system but that doesnt replace a GOOD father. Not all fathers are good ones and sometimes it is better that they just arent around. Emphasis on SOMETIMES. I just have faith a good man will come around one day to at least partially fill that role but and be a good dad to my son.
