Yes typical police action and the citizens are the ones who suffer for it.

The only governing body that should be able to take private property that you have bought and paid taxes on is the I.R.S. I understand during an investigation which in those cases it's a siezure not to take and keep. You ever wonder why your D.L. is a privilege and not a right ? There is not a tax on it so it still belongs to the state. Example of how to legally take your private property is when years ago the child support collection unit let the I.R.S. take charge of there collections. The world has been slowly changing to where they do what they want reguardless of it being the right thing to do and leaving it up to you to go through the red tape an get it right. There should be a time limit on these investigations of some sort. Be carefull on how much cash you travel with also. Keep in mind not all cops are bad cops but who wants to run into the one that is.

Dreadful overreach by flawed prosecutors with God complex.
Another reason to avoid being a cop there - poor dept.
