Drone view of a perfect day @ La Caleta. Wind 18 knots cross off and up to 6m waves in the sets. Still this is very easy to sail, you can float out through the channel without having to cross one wave. And riding a wave, it is easy to avoid or take risks depending on how deep you go or you stay on the shoulder.

Wow, looks scary. I imagine that wave braking just behind you will make a lot of noise. And displace air also? Maybe easy if you know what you're doing, but still... you need to make sure not to make a silly mistake in the wrong place at the wrong time!
