How to create a Quota arrangement in SAP MM

Prerequisites to create a Quota arrangement are we must have created info records for the material and vendors we want to add in quota arrangement
Create a quota arrangement for a test material in the test plant.
The quota arrangement is to be valid until the end of next year.
Assign the quota 2 to vendor A and the quota 1 to second vendor B.
The quota arrangement is to be valid for external procurement.
SAP Menu → Logistics → Materials Management → Purchasing → Master Data → Quota Arrangement → Maintain MEQ1

What is quota base qty

Quota-allocated quantity is the
total quantity of all requirements like purchase requisition, purchase order, SA schedule lines, planned order etc) included in the quota-allocated quantity according to the quota arrangement usage indicator in the material master record.
Quota base quantity is used for manual control of the quota arrangement (for example, when new sources are included).
Quota
is the number that determines how requirements are divided proportionately among the various sources.
