This was sleeved and ported by my friend, Darshan at Powerband Custom Works, Bhiwandi, Thane.
This is a fully resto-modded bike and it's doing very well. I shall also be uploading a detailed video citing all the changes, upgrades and improvements done over time.

Why didn't you rebored instead of sleeving?
Mine, was already sleeved by an unknown garage and they had done a terrible job. So I sent it to Darshan and had it sleeved again.
@@BrattyBiker okk... I'm confused whether to sleeve or rebore? What will give better performance and mileage. What I have heard from others is getting rebored is better than sleeve. What would you suggest and why..
Brilliant. Keeping it simple and good..One query though, does the Chinese made 26 mm Mikuni require re-jetting if yes, what's the process and if no, how's does the performance factor vary, in words if you can describe, please...
Well, they will all work out of the box. Issue is there are a lot of copies floating around, even the replicas differ one vs one so it's difficult to say. Performance, can vary from sputtering to blowing a hole in your piston due to extreme lean mixture.
Legend man you are🙏🏻🔥🔥🔥 now one small suggestion from a novice guy . Try using the 4speed magnet and coil with the 3ka cdi.

Stock Pulsar ENDURANCE make master cylinder and brake lever. Bybre caliper new, from Pulsar 150.

Nope, I live here in Chennai. PowerBand Customs is from Bhiwandi.
@@BrattyBiker so you transported the bike & got it done. Or dismantled, sent the engine alone rebuilt & got it back ?
@@nikhilkaransalunke4462 Nope, I shipped just the block and the head to Darshan for the work, once he finished it, I rebuilt the engine myself. Although it was rebuilt again by my mechanic, for a minor gearbox issue that's still not sorted sadly.

Yes, it's actually better to port on sleeved bores.

No, It's because my ports (exhaust especially) are large for better top-end power and it's not related to the sleeve. You can do a 4 speed sleeve and that will very easily do 40kmpl.

@@adityakasar8793 Hmm. If it's sleeved correctly without major port mismatches, it should help in good flow, good combustion and mileage. This is where usually sleeve jobs suffer, lot of them get the ports mismatched.

Pricol OE New. Used aftermarket clamp and worm kit, modded stock engine cover, everything works perfectly. I think it costed me 5K totally.

Rxking gearbox doesn't suits indian Rx sir my friend has also same issue but i wonder top speed after porting and chember to Rx135 only going@112 that should be more then 140 since rx100 goest to 105 and RXG yo 115 with stock materials
