I sold all my modern for a ton and reinvested in several psa 10 gold stars… very high pop on modern. Not saying they’re gonna tank tomorrow but they’re not gonna hold up. Don’t let the pretty arts fool you on value. At the end of the day they are hard to pull, yes… but they are printed so heavily. They are not rare. These cards are super accessible.

@@MimikBrew I did and even got one psa 10 Espeon 💫 I mean pop on that is like 50 something. The only way I see high value in the future on modern is getting a black label on chases… apparently the Giratina V alt had terrible printing. Only 7 black labels. Tbh I think that’ll be the most expensive SWSH card in the future.
@@Amnesia_Proletariat Something I’ve thought about a lot is POP not meaning what it use to or not factoring into a cards value in the future near as much as it has in the past. Someday, 10- 15 years from now, every newer Vintage card like MoonBreon will have pops over 15,000 but might still actually be worth $1000+ in a 10. No matter how much rarer certain cards are. The most important thing is general interest. And more people have knowledge and access to purchasing these popular modern cards today then the bangers from the past. And teenagers and kids are very attached to these cards today like we were to WOTC. So don’t be surprised if POP report becomes like an “old man” stat. 😂
