The Easiest Spicy Tuna Roll

This is a kid friendly spicy tuna roll recipe made with canned tuna! I make this recipe whenever I crave sushi but don't feel like eating out or getting delivery.

Ingredients:
5 ounces can tuna in water (well drained)
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili oil
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons scallions (finely chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
6 nori sheets (seaweed)
1 1/2 cups cooked Japanese rice (room temperature), or sushi rice
Serve this spicy tuna roll with other simple dishes such as seaweed salad (kaisou salada), chilled tofu (hiyayakko), Japanese restaurant style green salad with carrot ginger dressing, and other simple maki rolls.
