Griffinator in the old storyline since mk2 scorpion vowed to protect kuai Lang when he realized that he was not bi han. he swapped sides during the trilogy era because sub zero fought alongside raiden. MK4 gold era was the only time they were enemies until the truth about quan chi came out that even though Bi Han killed Hanzo and Scorpion killed Bi Han in retaliation, the link kuei did not kill scorpions family directly. These two have not been friends or enemies for a while. This reflects what happened in mkg but a huge difference is they both have recreated their clans as protectors of earth and allies.
Some fools believe that Quan Chi and Shang Tsung are the Deadly Alliance, when Scorpion and Sub-Zero are the true Deadly Alliance and if they are after you.... There's no place on Earth where you can be safe
Scorpion's chapter was honestly best in both MK9 and MKX. This is also a huge moment in MK history because finally Hanzo gets his revenge on the true killers of his clan. "My name is Hanzo Hasashi!" That line followed by the "Get Over Here" later on still gives me chills
I never cared for Spector Scorpion, but Hanzo Hasashi is now one of my favorite Mortal Kombat characters! I know they killed off Hanzo in MK11, but they did the same in the comics and he came right back. Takeda was shocked and Master Hanzo explained he knew the way back to Earthrealm from Hell by heart now. Making Scorpion be able to gain back some of his humanity and make a new family by making his Clan with warriors like Takeda is the way to go. I want to see him lead his new clan and continue to grow as a character from here! Hanzo Hasashi is such an AMAZING character! I hope Mortal Kombat continues to let his character grow and develop like this in the games! Maybe we can even get some of this reflected in the movies!

So technically, it can be argued that if it wasn't for Scorpion and the Shirai Ryu, the entire camp including Sonya and Johnny and the others could have been slaughtered after being blindsided by Quan Chi's planned capture. Scorpion's main mistake here was prolonging Quan Chi's beating instead of killing him right away so that Shinnok wouldn't have been released.

Plot armor guys,it's for storyline progression,even dora the explorer could beat shao khan,raiden,cage,ect. Or else you won't see the story progress/ending if you based them on real strength of the characters.

Celine Lanaro I don't ever recall Scorpion ever being a friend or ally to Sub-Zero in the original timeline, that is only mentioned in Scorpion's non-canon ending in Mortal Kombat Trilogy. Infact, the last time they ever encountered each other before the Battle of Armageddon was near the end of Mortal Kombat 4/Gold and that was when Scorpion still believed the younger Sub-Zero was responsible for the Shirai-Ryu massacre.
Jarock316 If my memory serves me correctly, Sub-Zero and Scorpion reached a truce after MK4. But a truce that was short lived (like always with these two) Because they were enemies at some point before Armageddon since Sub-Zero ultimately killed Scorpion during the final battle.
As much as I love Scorpion's ninja form (and his ninja form will always be legendary), I'm really digging his human form. Hopefully, the next games retain him as a human, with his ninja form as an alternate costume.

Scorpion finally gets his revenge on the true mastermind, the true culprit who killed his family and his clan, the Shirai Ryu, Quan Chi. A worse sorcerer from the netherrealm than Shang Tsung from Outworld. Hanzo and Kuai Liang decided to build a new truce between the Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu, new codes of honor. Sub-Zero destroyed Sektor because he wanted power over the Lin Kuei to wreak havoc by killing his own father and be the Lin Kuei and the cyber initiative grandmaster. And Kuai Liang was telling Hanzo that it was Quan Chi who killed his older brother, Bi Han, aka Noob Saibot. And so the long feud between both clans of the Shirai Ryu and Lin Kuei have finally ended. The beef they've had over the years have been squashed.
This is by far my favorite chapter in MKX, and probably one of my all-time favorite moments in the entire history of the franchise. An all new "Deadly Alliance" established right there.

It's a shame that in the original timeline, scorpion hasn't killed Quan chi to avenge his family and clan, even though scorpion was kicking his ass in deadly alliance and deception, and Quan chi was struggling like a bitch against him and have moloch And drahmin to do his battle for him, and later was killed by Shang tsung who morphed into ermac during the battle of Armageddon and was a shit kill, because I always wanted scorpion to kill Quan chi already, since he was responsible for killing his family and clan but scorpion was killed by subby. But glad that it's finally over, after all these years even though this is the current timeline and not the original, scorpion has turn into the forces of good.

What if Scorpion's son became a Kharacter in the next game. We all know Quan Chi killed Scorpion's family and clan, but what if Quan Chi only killed Scorpion's wife, but spared their son sense he was just a baby. What if Quan Chi had been secretly been raising and training the boy for the pass 20 years. Satoshi (Scorpion's son) becomes the orange ninja codename Tarantula, where he has the powers of an arachnid.
I liked this Scorpion more than the Scorpion in Mortal Kombat 11. Plus he was voiced by the same voice actor from Mortal Kombat 2011 (MK9). He was also the voice of Xemnas in Kingdom Hearts II

Scorpion was Hanzo Hasashi's code name. That's what Detective Jax Briggs said about Reptile born with a rare skin disease called harlequin ichthyosis and being a cannibal in his 30s. And Alan Zane, a former surgeon who graduated at Harvard was over emotional about accidentally killing a patient and then he intentionally killed 24 patients and under the knife himself to have blades on his arms, code name: Baraka. Alan Zane was Baraka's real name. And Detective Briggs was portrayed by none other than one of the best black martial arts movie badasses, Michael Jai White. And Hanzo Hasashi, code name Scorpion, was portrayed by Ian Anthony Dale.

I don't ever recall Scorpion ever being a friend or ally to Sub-Zero in the original timeline, that is only mentioned in Scorpion's non-canon ending in Mortal Kombat Trilogy. Infact, the last time they ever encountered each other before the Battle of Armageddon was near the end of Mortal Kombat 4/Gold and that was when Scorpion still believed the younger Sub-Zero was responsible for the Shirai-Ryu massacre.

But a truce that was short lived (like always with these two)
Because they were enemies at some point before Armageddon since Sub-Zero ultimately killed Scorpion during the final battle.
As much as I love Scorpion's ninja form (and his ninja form will always be legendary), I'm really digging his human form. Hopefully, the next games retain him as a human, with his ninja form as an alternate costume.
I prefer Hanzo over Scorpio. any day.

Scorpion finally gets his revenge on the true mastermind, the true culprit who killed his family and his clan, the Shirai Ryu, Quan Chi. A worse sorcerer from the netherrealm than Shang Tsung from Outworld. Hanzo and Kuai Liang decided to build a new truce between the Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu, new codes of honor. Sub-Zero destroyed Sektor because he wanted power over the Lin Kuei to wreak havoc by killing his own father and be the Lin Kuei and the cyber initiative grandmaster. And Kuai Liang was telling Hanzo that it was Quan Chi who killed his older brother, Bi Han, aka Noob Saibot. And so the long feud between both clans of the Shirai Ryu and Lin Kuei have finally ended. The beef they've had over the years have been squashed.

It's a shame that in the original timeline, scorpion hasn't killed Quan chi to avenge his family and clan, even though scorpion was kicking his ass in deadly alliance and deception, and Quan chi was struggling like a bitch against him and have moloch And drahmin to do his battle for him, and later was killed by Shang tsung who morphed into ermac during the battle of Armageddon and was a shit kill, because I always wanted scorpion to kill Quan chi already, since he was responsible for killing his family and clan but scorpion was killed by subby.
But glad that it's finally over, after all these years even though this is the current timeline and not the original, scorpion has turn into the forces of good.

Quan Chi was loyal to the end for Shinnok. Much different then the past versions of him.
What if Scorpion's son became a Kharacter in the next game. We all know Quan Chi killed Scorpion's family and clan, but what if Quan Chi only killed Scorpion's wife, but spared their son sense he was just a baby. What if Quan Chi had been secretly been raising and training the boy for the pass 20 years. Satoshi (Scorpion's son) becomes the orange ninja codename Tarantula, where he has the powers of an arachnid.
