The newer eb3 i got does not have a removable electrical connector anymore. Also the rear hub motor broke, i need to repair it but can’t remove the freewheel to open it.

HELP! After watching I still don't know how to reinstall the rear wheel with the brackets, washers in correct order. I have one extra washer on one side with a notch?

Never mind. Geez what horrible customer service from Jasion electric bikes. I tried 6 times in 3 different ways to contact them. If you want an ebike and good customer service DO NOT BUY JASION e-bikes!!!!

I have a jasion eb3 its white tho. And ive put the washers on the back tire very wrong when i replaced the tube. And i need to know the order of the parts.
