A Korean Special Bibimbap recipe at home !!

“Bibimbap” - A true explosion of flavors !

Ingredients:
Sticky rice
Vegetables:
Zucchini
English Cucumber
Carrot
Purple Cabbage
Spinach
Mushroom
Chicken
Marinate chicken with light soya sauce, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon Gochujang Sauce. Allow it to rest for 15 mins and stir fry it with sesame oil.
Also stir fry all the veggies with the sesame oil.
To prepare sauce :
•1tsp gochujang sauce +1tsp light soya sauce +1tsp garlic sauce + 1tsp sesame oil and seeds . Mix it well.
Take rice in centre of bowl and garish it will all the vegetables and top it with prepared sauce and finish it with sunny-side egg . Sprinkle some chilli flakes.
