The longer you do it the better you get at it. But as an Aussie myself I can hear in some of his words a little bit of a hybrid Aussie/American in some of his words.

I do not watch Hawaii Five O but I have seen a few at friends and parents but I have seen this chap in other programmes such as Criminal Minds. He does very well to hide his accent though as that is a broad Australian accent. He has definitely gone up in my estimation for referencing The Clash.
